3 Days Delhi Mathura Vrindavan Gokul Tour from Delhi

It is believed that Mathura is the birthplace of Lord Krishna, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Traditionally it is also recognized as the capital of Braj Bhoomi. Mathura is located in Uttar Pradesh and is located at a distance of 145 km southeast of Delhi and the northwestern part of Agra at a distance of 58 km.

Mathura extends over an area of 3,800 square kilometers and can be divided into two parts, one part occupying places like Mahavan, Baldeo, Mat and Bajna and the western part of Yamuna that covers the Mathura region encompassing Vrindavan, Govardhan, Kusum Sarovar, Barsana and Nandgaon.

Day 01 : Delhi – Vrindavan – Mathura

On reaching Delhi, you will be taken to explore Vrindavan which is the childhood place of Lord Krishna. You can visit the Iskon Temple, Prem Mandir, the Bankey Bihari Temple, and the Main Temple of Lord Krishna in Vrindavan.

It is one of the ancient temples that are built in the year of 1921. Afterward, travel to Vrindavan’s highest temple and Rangaji Temple. Visit Mathura and check in to the hotel. Have delicious food and relax.

Later in the evening, explore Mathura which is Krishna Janmabhoomi temple (Lord Krishna’s birthplace). Make sure to travel to Dwarkadheesh Temple and get a view of Yamuna ji “Maha Aarti”.

Stay overnight at Mathura or Vrindavan.

DAY 02 : Mathura – Gokul – Mahavan – Govardhan – Mathura

In the morning, have your breakfast. Our car will take you for a trip to Gokul and there you can visit the Gokul Nath Ji Temple.

Later explore ‘Assi Khambha’ which is the temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and Mahavan. Do check out Govardhan where Lord Krishna is held upwards ‘Giriraj’ which is the stonework hill present on his finger for seven days. 

Get back to Mathura / Vrindavan for a night’s stay in the hotel.

DAY 03 : Mathura – Nandgaon – Barsana – Delhi

On day 3, you will be travelling to Pan Sarovar. This is one of the unique lakes situated in Braj.

Explore Barsana which is the birthplace of Radha. Then move on to the water tank ‘Prem Sarovar’ which is concluded as the first meeting spot of Radha and Krishna.

Afterward, get back to your home in Delhi.
